Craig Howard, Pikesville – lived at Rosewood for 7 years

Craig lives in a nice quiet neighborhood with a couple roommates and friendly neighbors. But that wasn’t true for most of his youth when he was in and out of Rosewood Center. And now he wants people to know that Rosewood is a bad place, where hitting and fighting were an everyday occurrence and he had to lock up his personal belongings so no one would take them. He feels the staff were only at Rosewood Center for a paycheck and not to help people. He was so happy to leave Rosewood and move to the community where he can talk on the phone unlimited, work out in his shed and stay up late. He also loves having his own space and not sharing a room with so many people, he has a huge plant in the community that shows how long he has lived his freedom story by how tall it is!
