Carol Debow, Frederick – lived at Rosewood for 14 years

“Close Rosewood down, it’s not a place to live.”

When Carol lived at Rosewood she was scared to be there and she still gets cold chills thinking about it. She remembers the staff making fun of the residents and calling them names and not being able to see her parents. Carol was so glad to move to the community where she and her 2 cats live in an apartment in Frederick. She says she’s much happier now living on her own, doing her own shopping, meeting new people and visiting her family.
